Reginald St. Clair Joseph

Reginald St. Clair Joseph had a wonderful life filled with a passion and love for aviation. As a young man Reginald attended Aviation High School in New York. He then served his country in the United States Air Force. Following his military service, Reginald continued his life-long career in aviation, working with with PAN-AM and eventually American Airlines.  Large or small, Reginald loved airplanes. As his family fondly said; “You could always find Reggie either on his boat, working around airplanes, or building his model airplanes.”

While Reginald sadly passed away last year, his passion for aviation is still with us. Reginald’s family has graciously donated several of his model airplanes to the Edgewood Flyers.  Reginald's airplanes will be used to help teach others about the positive, life-directing experience of model aviation, as part of the training and youth education programs of the Edgewood Flyers. Although we have lost a great aviator, Reginald's passion for aviation, and his love of building and flying model airplanes, lives on!
